Perks

Ever wanted addition things for your players to buy or win in crates?
Well, here it is!
This plugin is practically 3 plugins combined from what I've seen, as they seem to be single plugins.
Jellylegs, Hunger Immunity, and Nightvision.
No commands, just give them the permission node and they have the perk!

Jellylegs works by disabling the fall damage to a player.
No Hunger works by keeping a players hunger at "20".
Nightvision works by checking to see if the player is moving,
if they are then it stays at 60 seconds
otherwise, it only lasts the duration of 60 seconds.

Permissions:
   perks.jellylegs
     description: Disables fall damage
   perks.hunger
     description: Gives hunger immunity
   perks.nightvision
     description: Gives permanent night vision
