Permanent Anvils

• /anvil - /panvil : Gives a block to place a permanent anvil
• /anvilreload - /arl : Reloads the Config
• /anvillist [page] - /anvils [page] - /palist [page] - /panvillist [page]: Shows a list with the permanent anvils location
• /giveanvil <player> - /ganvil <player> : Gives a permanent anvil item to a player
• /emote <enable/disable> : Enables or Disables the Emote

Permissions (set in config.yml by default) :

• anvil.admin - ADMIN ONLY (ALL THE COMMANDS)
• anvil.use - Use a permanent anvil item, and block
