Doing '/permfind essentials:gmc' will show this:

Q: But, this does not have the permission.
A: While true, it shows so much infomation and it detects Essentials (You dont need to add the 'essentials:' part, for me there is a confliction so i have to), so since it detects Essentials it gives you a link to the essentials permission page and i google search for "gamemode permission Essentials spigot".
Do you want it working for your plugin, just fill in 'permission' in plugin.yml
