This is a simple plugin that allows you to add permanent potion effects to players using permission nodes.
Usage
Simply add permissions in the following format to players/groups:
permissioneffect.<effect>.[amplifier]
Note: amplifier is optional and will default to the lowest effect level.

Commands
/permissioneffect refresh [player] - permissioneffect.admin - Refresh potion effects of yourself or another player; useful after changing permissions
