PersonalVoiceCommand

• Players can modify their own commands
• Lightweight
• Requires SpeechReceiver for the server
• and VoiceMC for the player client

Permission: personalvoice.use

To add a command:
1. /pvc add <speech to text sentence>
2. /pvc command <Id> <command>

3. add the <speech to text sentence> to the keywords at the voicemc client,
4. restart voicemc client.
