Commands and Permissions:
/npcselectpet - show help page (hpetsonnpc.admin)
/npcselectpet reload - reload config and pets on npcs (hpetsonnpc.admin)
/npcselectpet <npc_id> <pettype> - spawn a pet to the selected npc (hpetsonnpc.admin)
