Phonetic Chat Filter

This plugin uses the Double Metaphone library to phoneticly pick out words so, if you put lets say Poop in the config, any time someone says something that sounds like poop it will block the message.

Disclaimer: This plugin is highly experamental and buggy, we will be soon upgrading the phonetic algorythom to detect and narrow it down better.
