Commands:
/ping [player] Gets your ping with no arguments (ping.use) or another player's ping (ping.use and ping.others).
/averageping Gets the average ping of the server (ping.average, ping.use, ping.others)
/pinglist Gets a list of every player on the proxy's ping (ping.list, ping.use, ping.others)
