NOTE: Requires a MySQL database
How many times have you died, and realised you have no idea where your death pile is?
How many times have you been AFK, and come back to find that you died, but don't know what happened.
This plugin will help both players and server moderators enormously, by providing the time, date, co-ordinates and circumstances of your last known death. All in a tiny 8Kb jar file!

Also, because it only stores the last known death for each player, it's MySQL footprint is kept relatively tiny.
Usage:
/death - Show details of your own most-recent death
/death [player] - Show death details for the specified player
/death tp <player> - Teleport to the death location of the specified player
Permissions:
death.others - Allows to see the death of other players
death.teleport - Allows to teleport to the death location
Moderators should note that the tp option should be used with caution - a player just died at that location, so spectator mode is advised - this also avoids you picking up all their stuff...
Also, you can't use /back after this teleport, so you may wish to manually teleport using the co-ordinates instead. I hope to fix this in a later release.
