Player Inspector Plugin

Player Inspector is very easy to use plugin, it allows a player to inspect another person to see what they are wearing what they are fighting with what they have in their offhand, what their food and heart level are at as well as what other juicy items they have in their inventory. This plugin is directed at RPG based servers but it can be used on any server if wished. The purpose of this plugin is to give you the RPG feel where you can view other peoples inventories and inspect what goodness they have. Due to the fact that Minecraft only has a few swords and you can never tell what type of enchants or attributes they may have I have created this plugin to see what they are wearing and just by looking knowing what type of person they are and how dedicated they are on a server.

Command(s)
* /Inspect - allows you to inspect other players (playerinspector.use)

Permission(s)
* playerinspector.use - Allows you to inspect other players.
* playerinspector.blacklist - Blacklists the player from being inspected upon
* playerinspector.blacklist.bypass - Allows you to inspect blacklisted players
* playerinspector.notify.mute - Hides notifications that you have been inspected
* playerinspector.notify.hide - Hides the notification message of inspection from your target that you inspected
* playerinspector.notify.forceshow - Bypasses the hide permission and shows who inspected you

** Future Plans **
- Inspect players by pointing your cursor at them and just typing /inspect without the name/argument (In progress)

This plugin was created by me back on 1.11 I have updated recently to 1.13.2 I was originally going to use it for my RPG server which I never released. And since I never released it rather than having it sit in my computer locked away for eternity I have decided to give it to you guys hopefully you use of my plugin!
