Player Management

UPDATE Hey all, I am adding a couple more options to the GUI and the config file. I added a teleport to the GUI for staff to teleport to the player being managed and the ability to kill a player's character. This added 2 new permissions. I also added the option to disable any of the moderation tools in the config file.
