Player Bounties Plugin

A plugin that allows for player bounties to be placed by ops, or the desired player using a "Bounty Activator."

Commands:

• /bounty <set | clear> <player> [duration (seconds){10800}]: Starts or clears a bounty on said player for given time, player name is not needed when clearing a bounty. (OP)
• /gettracker: Gives bounty tracker to the player who ran the command. Compass name changes when bounty is in a different dimension. Compass also disappears when bounty ends. Players can only claim one compass per person per bounty. (EVERYONE)
• /givebountyactivator [player] (or /giveba): Gives bounty activator to said player (no crafting recipe yet). Bounty activator activates bounty for 3 hours on the player who used it. (OP)
• /reloadpbconfig: Reloads the plugin config. (OP)
