Commands:
/playerclickcommand reload - Reload the config file

Permissions:
pcc.admin - The reload command permission
pcc.use - If dont have this permission the players, the commands not run, if the players right clicked an another player

Config Placeholders:

%clicker% - The clicker player
%target% - The clicked player
