PlayerCount [1.8.x - 1.13.x] [SQL]

- Re-Write the hole code - it only support MySQL & Flat-File

- added a checker when trying to connect a sql database for preventing errors spam in console

- added support for 1.13 - added mySQL support - fixed the bug there was a double message when a player joined - re writen a part of the code

- added title & subtitle, you can set your custom text with placeholders and how long it wil show remove the current config file to generate the new yml file
