PlayerRightClickCommands [1.8-1.9.4]

Install:

1- put the plugin in plugins directory
2- reload the server

when a player right click on a player executes a command,sound,message

# PlayerRightClickCommands by Marius
# Command: is command who player right click sends to target player
# PlaySound: if is enabled on player right click sends to target player a sound
# Minecraft sound: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Sounds.json
# Messages: sends to target player messages
# ActionBarMessage: if is enabled on player right click sends to target player an ActionBarMessage
# NoPermissionsMessage: if player do not have permissions sends him a message
