I updated it only for 1.16.5

The code is not incredible I reformatted some part but still a lot of work
However the plugin does the job, really useful for dev who need to test plugin and do not have any friend.

I added 1 useful command:

/playersimulator:command <bot> <command>

Known bugs:

This plugin is special, it creates new player instance.
You can experience many bugs if you are using it with other plugins.
This should be use only by devs

Sometimes the bot is invisible in tablist and in game.
But you can still make him run commands
