A support channel for players to state their issues and get help.

Commands:
/support (message...): send a message to support channel.
/answer (player) (message...): reply to a player's message on support channel.
Permissions:
staff.support: the one and only permission, used to access /answer command.
Features:
Fully customizable prefix, permission message, cooldown, cooldown message
