Explanation:

All players are teleported to random player location.

Commands:

/switch on -> Start the scheduler
/switch off -> Stop the scheduler

Config:

# If you execute /switch on, the plugin gonna switch players every "switchingDelay" seconds.   
switchingDelay   :  100 

 # If you put it to false, everybody on the server will be switch   
useBypassPermission   :  true

Permissions:
- "playerswitcher.switch" -> Allows you to use command /switch
- "playerswitcher.bypass" -> The players who has that permission are not teleported when scheduler switch players. For example you can set that permission to your staff. Permission can be disabled in config.
