Simply loads, no need for commands or permissions

I made this to test out Plugin loading because some of my plugin wouldn't load and thought it might be useful to someone out there who is having trouble with plugin loading

please don't leave bad reviews about it not being useful, if you don't see a use for it, don't use it :p and if you do find it useful, please leave a review to let me know, it'd make my day

note: will upload more interesting plugins in the future,
