Description:
Plugin does automatically load & unload other plugins anew when their jar gets updated. Plugin use Java 8 "Watch Service" to detect changes inside plugins folder.
Configuration:
exclude - plugins in this list are ignored.
full_reload - If this option is set to true the server restarts in case of any changes to plugins.
