POWER CHAT

Introduction:
This very small project began back when I owned a server called PlayAmethyst, I needed a way for staff to communicate across servers with ease, but without there being a way to toggle the staff chat and accidentally using the chat for a random conversation as the Staff Chat was designed to be used for requesting unbans or for Admins to let staff know of important information on-the-go. I've decided to 'Standardise' some of the features and make it so that it doesn't have any custom PlayAmethyst work as that server still exists.

Features of the plugin:

Private Chat Channel for Staff to communicate easily
Server information to show which staff is on which server
Clean, efficient code.

Commands and permissions:
/sc - staffchat.use
viewing staff chat - staffchat.view

TO-DO:

- add per rank broadcasts (/developer-alert, /owner-alert)
- add mass global alerting with a good formatting (RIP default format)
