PremiumPunish

→ punish.punishgui - Opens the Punishment GUI.
→ punish.tempban - Allows the player to tempban others.
→ punish.ban - Allows the player to ban others.
→ punish.unban - Allows the player to unban others.
→ punish.mute - Allows the player to mute others
→ punish.tempmute - Allows the player to tempmute others
→ punish.unmute - Allows the player to unmute others
→ punish.kick - Allows the player to kick others

NOTE:

The user (staff) needs the punish.punishgui to open the GUI
The user (staff) needs punish.tempban to click the glass pane linked with the tempban command
This Applies to all the other glass panes and their commands embedded into them
Any essentials command can be added to the GUI, the permission will be the same as the command.
EG. Adding a glass pane with the command /seen %player% to the GUI can be added and the permission along with it would be
→ punish.seen

→ /punish
→ /help punish
→ /punish (username)
→ /history (username)
→ /dupeip (username)
→ /punish (username) purge

→ A MySQL Database

Small Things to know

→ In a players history when the block is enchanted it means that the current punishment is still active
→ All players Bans, Mutes, Warns & IP's and kept in separate folders in the plugin, to remove all players Warns simply delete all the content in that YML file
→ This Plugin is fully customizable, the message on the glass panes can be changed in the "GUIConfig" file
→ The Ban, Tempban and Kick messages are customizable in the "Lang.yml" file
→ All punishments come with a personal ID for their offense
→ When muted if the player tries to talk they will receive a message on why they were muted
→ Works with bungee servers and stand alone servers
