PrisonBlocks - Restrict players from mining

PrisonBlocks is a plugin that allows you to give a permission to a group or a player to restrict them from mining blocks. For example if you want a player to mine diamonds than you can give them a permission that allows them to mine it

This plugin was designed mostly for prison servers. So that you can restrict a group such as A to mine diamonds just in case they exploit out of the map to mine different materials. All you do is give the rank such as Z the permission Prison.EmeraldOre to allow them to mine emerald ores. Most useful if you want an open world prison world and don't want players mining the blocks without first unlocking them.

NOTE: No players are allowed to mine ores/blocks by default unless you give that group or player the permission plus you must add each permission individual. Iron Block doesn't automatically give them Iron ore.
