PrisonRanks ABANDONED

Description: This plugin was mainly created so people don't have to create permissions groups, now everything is player side, prefixes and permissions! Easy setup, less / no permissions groups, everything is configured in config.yml.

Commands: /rankup, /setrank <player> <rank>
