What's PrivatesChat
PrivatesChat is a plugin that allows you to manage three chat groups (Admin,Staff,Vip), the plugin it's full customizable and it let's you to set allowed or deny any of the commands.
Commands and permissions:
Command: /adminchat
Description: Chat between administrators
Permission: privateschat.staffchat
Command: /staffchat
Description: Chat between staff
Permission: privateschat.staffchat
Command: /vipchat
Description: Chat between vips
Permission: privateschat.vipchat
