I made this plugin a long, long time ago. This isn't really meant to compete with any other revive plugins but my spigot was looking very dry. A friend suggested I upload more resources & I decided uploading this one. The plugin is fully functional but the code is a bit messy but, I am planning on cleaning it up a bit and throwing it on github. (I may end up re-coding this project entirely.)
