ProtocolLib Reload Fixer

Fix the issue of ProtocolLib that prevents it from reloading by using some reflection to remove ProtocolLib listener from the Netty list.

Just put it in your plugins folder and you are ready to go.

Remember that the reload command is deprecated and some other things may break when reloading. You should remember that when reloading the server while using this Plugin. You should always consider restarting it instead of reloading.

Why did I make this Plugin even though if you should not reload the server?
Because it can be pretty annoying after some time to restart the server every time you changed something in a Plugin.
