Public Heal

Public Heal...

is a simple healing plugin for everyone, with only one command:
/heal

This plugin is different than other healing plugins on Spigot.

This one does not simply give the player maximum health, but gives a few debuffs.

Upon entering "/heal", a few things happen

Player is effected with:

Regeneration 4 for 1.5 seconds
Slowness 6 for 10 seconds
Blindness 2 for 10 seconds

This is a good plugin for those who do not want a traditional healing plugin that simply restores the users health to full.
