Usage
/publicwarp
/publicwarpset

/publicwarplist

/publicwarpreload - Reload the PublicWarp db
Permissions
publicwarp.set - Allows player to use the set command
publicwarp.use - Allows player to use public warps
publicwarp.list - Allows player to list public warps
publicwarp.admin - For admin commands
