View a player's punishment through a GUI system

Features
This plugin is compatible with LiteBans. All punishment from LiteBans will
be shown through our GUI system instead of having trouble reading a player's
punishment in chat. From LiteBans, it supports MySQL, h2, and MariaDB Databases.

Featured Servers:
These following servers are using our plugins -
N/A -> Contact the developer for your server to be added.

Permissions:
phistory.access - Gives the user access to execute the history command.
phistory.view.punisher - Gives the user access to view the staff member who punished the player.
phistory.view.reason - Gives the user access to view the player's punishment reason.
