QualityChat

QualityChat is a plugin for chat.

Commands:
- /qualitychat - Main Command
- /qualitychat help - Shows all qualitychat's commands
- /qualitychat config - Change the config ingame limitedly (Resets when the server restarts / reloads)
- /slowchat - Delayed chat within 3 seconds (Might be not compatible with other chat / permission plugin)
- /togglechat - Disable / Enable the chat
- /clearchat - Clears the chat for all player that doesn't have the permission "qualitychat.bypass"

Permissions:
- qualitychat.slowchat - Do /slowchat
- qualitychat.clearchat - Do /clearchat
- qualitychat.cmd - Do /qualitychat
- qualitychat.toggle - Do /togglechat
- qualitychat.bypass - Talk when the chat is disabled and talk swear words that is listed in config.yml!
- qualitychat.notify - Get notified when someone is advertising / swearing

Features:
- NoSwear - You can't say words that are listed in config.yml unless you have the permission qualitychat.bypass
- NoAdvertisement - You can't advertise unless you have the permission qualitychat.bypass

- Notifier - All player that has the permission "qualitychat.notify" will get notified that someone is advertising / swearing. It also tells the console that someone is advertising / swearing.

If you are wondering why the swear-words is listed as "SWEAR-WORDS-CENSORED", its because they are swear words. It's actual swear words in config.yml
