QueueCommands

Overview
QueueCommands is a command queue-ing plugin that queues the command until the player is online.

If the player is already online, command will directly be executed but if the player isn't online, it will queue the command and wait for the player to be online.

Usage
It's very very simple, all you need is one command:
/qc queue <Player> <Command>

Example:
/qc queue simonsays say Welcome simonsays
