As of version 0.2, it is not designed as running plugin and must instead be packaged into a plugin's jar at build time. This library is quite young and there is no documentation. The FluidsRealism v1.0 plugin is built using QuickBlockLib, but it is not required that you download QuickBlockLib to use it: FluidsRealism: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/fluidsrealism.98678/ Download version 0.1 if you need to use an old version of one of my plugins which called QuickBlockLib as a running plugin.
