RadioChat - Secret Chat System

What is RadioChat?
RadioChat is a fun chatting system that would work with your other chat plugin. This plugin does not replace a chat formatting resource. It is a simple add on. RadioChat introduces secret chatting between players on your server. Chat with others that are connected to the same channel as you! Every message can be logged! Change the format and more!

Log System:

Commands: 

/connect <channel>  - Tune to a radio channel 
/radio <message>  - Send a message to tuned channel (Alias /ra) 
/rc reload  - reload command

Permissions: 

radio.chat - Gives access to /radio 
radio.connect - Gives access to /connect 
radio.usecolor - Allows player to use color codes in /radio 
radio.useformatting - Allows player to use formatting codes in /radio 
radio.reload - Allows player to reload config
