/rct reload - reloads the config.yml and stops all running commands
/rct list - Lists all registered commands
/rct <command name> start - starts running specified command
/rct <command name> stop - stops any running command
/rct <commandname> execute - executes the command immediately
/rct <commandname> time - display time left till next execution

*rct.admin - access to all of the commands
