RandomMOTD

Did nothing but made the code a bit more easier to understand. Separated classes for their individual use.

Below are the changes: 1. Added Luckperms support. 2. Removed the version key at config.yml. - This is because of a bug that I faced many a times while writing the update. 3. Minor bug fixes.

Minor bug fix. The /RandomMOTD author command did not have tabcomplete feature before. This is fixed now.

The commands which were used before are now removed and are replaced with the commands below. Added option to set if the plugin will use the random in game MOTD. 4. Added option to set if the plugin will use the random system MOTD. 5. Added a fix to let this plugin handle the config. You don't need to manually change the config every time you update the plugin.
