RankChatCooldown
RankChatCooldown is a plugin that allows you to give certain ranks (or players) different chat cooldown times depending on their permissions. The plugin allows for delays from 0 seconds (no delay) all the way up to 15 seconds. This plugin can be used for a rank or certain specific players.
Permissions
rankchatcooldown.delay.<0-15>
Example
rankchatcooldown.delay.0 Gives the player/rank a 0 second cooldown (no delay)
rankchatcooldown.delay.5 Gives the player/rank a 5 second cooldown
rankchatcooldown.delay.15 Gives the player/rank a 15 second cooldown
