Commands
/rank <player> <rank> - Sets a player's rank
/rankreload - Reload the plugin config

Permissions
/rank - rankcommand.use
/rankreload - rankcommand.reload
Receive rank update message - rankcommand.msg

WrongArgs: '&7Use the command like this: /rank <player> <rank>'
