Fixed a bug plugin not receiving correct data for PlaceholderAPI usage (metrics)

Now you can do /help <plugin name> For this you should have permission rankedhelp.plugin-help Added permission rankedhelp.* for all permissions Now the plugin can manipulate the commands: /?; /bukkit:help; /bukkit:? and its sending to the player's matching rank help menu. You can disable it if you want 3 sounds now handled thru the versions. I've got hella ton of stacktraces because of not changing the sound on other versions. Now because of that the sounds are limited to 3. Config changed. Save ur help menus and delete it to be recreated! Be sure to leave a like & rate 5 stars

Fixed a bug when you run /help or /help 1 when the messages aren't 10 throw a error. The bug was reported by 2 people - @Shadow. and @Lunar_Kitito . Thanks for reporting the bug!

New update! Now the message is splited into pages. 10 messages is one page. The pages are limited to 10, so you can do about 91 commands(messages) per rank. Hella ton of it! Now when you run the command it is giving a sound and there are more messsages (and more configurable messages). Now the plugin doesnt require to add the ranks yourself. Update checker added Config was changed hella ton of it. Save your old and delete the plugin's folder to be recreated. Be sure to rate 5 stars and leave a like!
