Commands:
/rank add <rank> to add rank
/rank delete <rank> to delete rank
/rank aperm <rank> <permission> to add permission
/rank dperm <rank> <permission> to remove permission
/rank prefix <rank> <prefix> to set prefix
/rank reload to reload this skript
/rank info to view info of this skript
Permissions:
- rank.admin
