What does this plugin do?
It shows a list of rules when you type /rules. You can add/remove rules using the commands you can see at: Commands. It also has the abillity to kick new players when they haven't read the rules after a certain amount of time after joining.
Commands:

• /rules <Page>
• /rules help
• /rules add <Rule>
• /rules set <Rule> <New rule>
• /rules remove <Rule>
Permissions:
• rtr.help
• rtr.addrule
• rtr.setrule
• rtr.removerule
