Make a difference between mined and traded Emeralds.

Change The name and of an mined Emerald;
Change if the mined Emerald should have an glow effect;
All these changes can be also made on crafted Emerald blocks

Craft Emerald blocks, where it is specified how many mined emeralds(1-9) were used.

Place thoese emeralds and break them to pic them up.
