Redeemer - Promotion and Voucher Plugin

New features: · Vouchers implemented · DB Management integrated - no dataloss during upcoming versions where the underlying database might change · updated translatable messages · more permissions · Metrics integrated · Preperations for selling vouchers ingame implemented (for upcoming v0.5) Bugfixes: · Usage permission for promotions is now working correctly · Messages for enabling and disabling promotions are now used correctly · If a player does not fulfill the requirements for redeeming a promotion, he doesn't get multiple error messages anymore Important note: The permissions have changed, you need to adapt those changes to have the permissions working correctly!

I managed to get done with v0.3! Including proper permission handling, making messages translatable in the config.yml and minor bug fixes. Also new there are now the promotion commands "list", "show" and "remove". Documentation on the front side will be updated soon. Next steps for v0.4: - Extending the DB management, also in terms of preparing it for support of other databases - Voucher Codes Implementation. - maybe: already start work for the web backend, but this might become a separate resource instead of bundling it with this plugin.
