This plugin aim to improve server TPS by limiting Redstone.
Custom TPS Zone system, will stop redstone system when TPS is low.
Auto recovery TPS from redstone and dynamic turn on/off redstone.
Feature

• Check the block per chunk as you set.
• Stop placing any block as you set.
• Support group blocks per chunk.
• Support the TPS checker if TPS is too low.
• More to come, etc.

No, it's built with performance in mind.
listener register as global event, no world scaning

redstonelimiter.reload - use reload command
redstonelimiter.warn - Get warning message for TPS
redstonelimiter.bypass.limit - Bypass the limit
