Region Block by nickname

This plugin is very simple. It allows players / admins to block someone using his nickname. Can be really helpful in events, plot plugins without /block feature or many others situations.

Commands:
/rb block <nick> - Blocks player in the region
/rb unblock <nick> - Unblocks player in the region
/rb list - list of blocked players in the region
/rb reload - reloads plugin

Files:
config.yml - database of all regions
lang.yml - You can translate plugin here
settings.yml:
- Max: Max ammount of players that can be blocked on the region ( 0 should be a infinity number of blocked players)
x, y and z: Coordinates where should be teleported player when staying on the region
online - decide if player has to be online to block him

Perms:
rb.admin - full access
rb.reload - acces to reload
rb.enter - access to enter on region even if you are blocked by another player
rb.player - access to use command

WorldGuard 7.0.8+
WorldEdit 7.2.12+
WorldGuard Events 1.18.1

There is a chance that plugin can work on older versions of minecraft.
