Regional Teleportation Deny (Factions)

Disable teleportation to/from:
✔ Warzones
✔ Safezones
✔ Wilderness
✔ Neutral
✔ Truce
✔ Enemy (Note, this is already a function in Factions. However, easier to centralize in one plugin.)

Simply drop the plugin gFTPDeny.jar file into your plugins folder.
(Dependencies):
- Factions
- LockettePro (Optional. Used for preventing a hack through locked doors)

- gftpdeny.admin -- description: Allows a player to use the admin commands.

Currently, the only command is:
- /gftpd reload (reloads the plugins config)
