RegionFly is a lightweight Paper/Spigot plugin that allows players to fly only inside specific WorldGuard regions, as long as they have the correct permission.
Perfect for hubs, spawn areas, shops, or VIP zones where controlled flight is needed without giving global /fly.

How It Works
Define a region using WorldGuard
Give players the regionfly.fly permission
