[REMAKE] AdvancedCommands - 1.8 - 99% configurable

• /broadcast - Send a message to all players.
  
• /gamemode - Change the game mode of a player.
  
• /discord - See the Discord Link which is customizable in the Config.
  
• /teamspeak - See the teamspeak address which is customizable in the config.
• /kick - Kick a Player with a reason
• /tp - Teleport a player to a another player
• /vote - Get the votelink

• /gamemode -> ac.perm.gamemode
• /broadcast -> ac.perm.bc
• /kick -> ac.perm.kick
• /tp -> ac.perm.tp
• /fly -> ac.perm.fly

• Disable the Achievements Notifications
• Change the join message and quit message
