This plugin does NOT require bungee or any other Network system to function.

rb Reload : Reloads the Plugin Config
rb sendall [Message] : Sends broadcast to every listed server in config.
rb [Server] [Broadcast] : Sends broadcast to specified Server

Installation:
1. Drop jar in plugins folder
2. Stop Server
3. Configure Config.yml in RemoteBroadcasting Folder
4. Start Server
