A Minecraft plugin for easily renaming items and editing item lore with support for color codes and formatting.
Features
Rename items with the /renamecommand
Edit item lore with the /relorecommand- Support for regular Minecraft color codes (
&a,&b, etc.) 
Support for HEX color codes (&#FF5733, etc.)
Support for formatting effects (&lfor bold,&nfor underline, etc.)
No italic (slanted) display for renamed items or lore
